How to Request Deletion
- Send an email from the email address associated with your Qahwa TV account.
- Use the subject line Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered email address and any information that helps us identify your account.
We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing the deletion request.
What Will Be Deleted
When your request is verified and completed, we will delete or de-identify the account information associated with your Qahwa TV account, subject to any legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational retention requirements.

- Associated authentication identifiers used to provide access to the service
Data That May Be Retained
Some limited information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, or enforcement of our terms.
- Security and abuse-prevention logs, retained for up to 90 days unless a longer period is required for an active investigation
- Records required to comply with applicable law, retained for the period required by law
- Backup data retained for up to 30 days before automatic deletion or overwrite
